All text input, as well as translation results, data (hereinafter referred to as "user data"), is recorded in the server of Baobab,Inc.. Baobab,Inc. uses this user data with the aim of improving and developing translation technologies. Baobab,Inc. may provide the user data to third parties, and is subject to the following terms and conditions for using the user data. When Baobab, Inc. distributes the user data to third parties, we require the parties to observe the terms and conditions in accordance with the 'Agreement on grants of license'.

• The user data shall not be broadcast through media outlets, including the Internet.
• Individuals shall not be identified by using personal information in the corpus. Any direct contact to persons from use of personal information is prohibited.
• The treatment of user data, including speech input by underage persons, is subject to the laws of the countries, states and regions to which the third parties belong.
• It is prohibited for third parties who are provided with user data by Baobab,Inc. to distribute it secondhand to other parties.
